PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
How do I know the watch I buy from your site is real? Are your items authentic?
VERSED certifies that every piece we sell is 100% real and authentic. We only source watches that come with the original certified paperwork. We don’t accept any items that are knock-offs or that contain parts unacceptable to Swiss standards. We work with watchmakers with more than 20 years of experience in authenticating and servicing luxury watches. VERSED verifies the authenticity of each and every item through a multi-point process, and if any items do not fit our rigorous quality standards, they are not accepted.
 

Are “Sold Out” items restocked?
There is only one of each piece. Once an item sells, it is out of stock. We will add new items to our inventory as we source them, so a slightly similar piece may become available in the future.

Then why am I looking at “Sold Out” items on your product pages?
We keep items on the website as long as the window for customer returns is open. Once 14 days pass per our return policy (see below for details), that item will be removed from the website permanently.

VERSED Return Policy
All items must be unworn, with tags attached to be accepted for return. All returns must be set-up within 14 days from delivery date for refund, and 30 days from delivery date for store credit, or exchange. See our Refund Policy. 

 

SIZING

Can the sizing be adjusted?
We have put as much information on the sizing of each piece in the product description. To find out your ring size it is best to go by an existing ring you have for the intended finger to take the measurements then refer to a size chart (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ring_size

Some items can be resized. We recommend taking it to a local jeweller for resizing, however we may be able to resize an item for you. Items that we have amended for you will no longer be refundable, and are final sale.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

My order won’t go through. What’s happening?
An error message indicates that there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping addresses. Please double check that your billing address matches exactly what your bank has on file, that your shipping address is not a PO Box and is in the current delivery area, that your card information is free from typos and that you are using the latest version of your web browser. Do not click the “Place Order” button more than once to avoid multiple authorisations. We may sometimes ask for identification to verify payments to void fraudulent activity.

How do I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. We may process and ship orders the same day. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.  

Where is my order confirmation?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add sales@versedjewellery.com to your safe sender list.

 

SHIPPING

How much is shipping?
VERSED offers free shipping on all orders. For more information visit our Shipping page. If you need your order by a specific date please make sure to let us know to avoid any disappointment with items not arriving on the estimated date. Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer free prepaid return shipping.

Can you ship to a PO Box?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to a PO Box. Including one as your address will result in our customer care reaching out to you for an alternate address.

When will my order ship?
Shipping times may vary, but most VERSED orders ship within two business days.


ORDER TRACKING

How do I track my order?
Once your order has gone through you receive an email with your order confirmation. And once your order has been shipped you will receive another email to tell you your shipment is on its way including the tracking information and online links to track it.

If you have not received these emails or are having problems tracking your order please email sales@versedjewellery.com and a customer service representative will be happy to provide you with your order status and tracking information. Please include your order number (available in your confirmation email) and last name in your email to better help us assist you.


RETURNS & CUSTOMER SERVICE
How do I make a return?
We want you to be thrilled with your VERSED pieces. We give you 14 days from receiving your order to decide to return it. To do so, simply email sales@versedjewellery.com and a customer care representative will handle your return. For more information visit our Refund Policy page.

Please note all returns for refund within a 14-day period with 5 or more items, will incur a 20% restocking fee. If you return items past our 14-day refund policy, we will issue an exchange or VERSED merchandise credit.

Do I have the option of an exchange instead of a return?
Of course! If for some reason you don’t love the item you purchased, customer care can help you exchange it for something you think you’ll like better. Contact them at sales@versedjewellery.com.

The item doesn't look like it did in the picture. What now?
If for some reason your purchase doesn’t satisfy you once you see it in person, we are happy to arrange a return or exchange. Please keep in mind that each piece is unique and an original vintage which can be up to 40 years old.

How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your package, please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make your original purchase, and you will be notified via email once your return package is received and refund is completed.

OTHER
I am looking for specific Rolex or piece of jewellery, can you help me source it?
If you have a particular request or need help sourcing a vintage watch we may be able to help through our network of trusted suppliers. Email sales@versedjewellery.com with your request.
